Toyota Introduces T-Care, New Car After Sales Service Up To 60,000 Km

 After-sales service is always a separate assessment for potential customers. PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) prioritizes after-sales service for vehicle maintenance and goes a step closer to consumers. The latest is the T-Care periodic service program starting July 1, 2022. T-Care is given to customers who buy new cars for certain models with several benefits.

Then there is a prize in the form of an extended warranty for 1 year/20,000 kilometers so that the total Toyota warranty in Indonesia will be 4 years/120,000 kilometers, if the customer has regular service every six months.

This service applies to all Toyota customers who purchase new vehicles starting in July 2022 with the production code 2022. The models included in the T-Care program include the Corolla Cross and Corolla Cross Hybrid. Then C-HR Hybrid, Fortuner, LC-300, Raize, Rush, Alphard, Vellfire, Avanza, Veloz, Innova, Sienta, Voxy, Camry, and Camry Hybrid. Then the Corolla Altis and Corolla Altis Hybrid, Toyota 86, Vios, Yaris, Hilux, Hi-Ace Premio and Commuter and Toyota Supra. Special Supra is given on the second service to the 7th service or a maximum of 3 years/72,000 kilometers.

Anton Jimmi Suwandy, Marketing Director of PT TAM, said that Toyota has always focused on maintaining service quality. This is also expected to be part of educating customers about the importance of regular vehicle maintenance.

"Regular service is important so that the vehicle's performance can be maintained, as well as being safe and comfortable when used. We urge our customers to carry out regular servicing in accordance with Toyota's recommendations, which is every six months," said Anton in his statement.

For those who ask, what is exempt from the cost of spare parts in this T-Car program. The list is for gasoline engines, consisting of TMO Lubricant Engine Oil, filters, engine oil gaskets, air filters, TMO Chemical Brake Fluid, TMO Lubricant Manual Transmission, TMO Lubricant Differential Gear, plug gaskets and AC filters. For the diesel engine model, the modified device is the same as the gasoline engine but is added with TMO lubricant transfer gear oil.

T-Care is a development of the periodic service program previously introduced by Toyota, namely Free Periodic Service Fee. This program is a program that is free of service fees and spare parts costs up to the 6th periodic service with a maximum period of 4 years or 50,000. This program is awarded on a specific vehicle model and year.

For Toyota customers who buy a new vehicle before the T-Care launch period, they will continue to enjoy the free periodic service fee program.
